Link exchange
A link exchange (also known as a banner exchange) is a confederation of websites that operates similarly to a web ring. Webmasters register their web sites with a central organization, that runs the exchange, and in turn receive from the exchange HTML code which they insert into their web pages. In contrast to a web ring, where the HTML code simply comprises simple circular ring navigation hyperlinks, in a link exchange the HTML code causes the display of banner advertisements, for the sites of other members of the exchange, on the member web sites, and webmasters have to create such banner advertisements for their own web sites.[1][2][3]
The banners are downloaded from the exchange. A monitor on the exchange determines, from referral in ...

A new Taiwanese hero
Written by Carl Saturday, 10 November 2007
The 2007 Asian Flairtending Champion!!!
The annual event, this year held in Macau, draws crazed cocktail creators from all over Asia. When contestants hit the stage they are given five minutes to create a coctail using as much showmanship as possible. No more than seven ingredients can be used as bartenders dressed in outlandish costumes toss, chuck and juggle bottles to the beat of pounding dance music.
On route to becoming the top tender Po had to overcome The Monkey King (apparently a heavyweight in the competition) along with 20 other contestants. When asked by reporters for the secret to his success Po said that everyday after school he practices for at least 3-4 hours while sometimes juggling bottles for up to 8 hours straight.
Flairtenders are in high demand in Asia and many countries already have professional associations. The demand is especially high is tourist areas like the gambling mecca of macau. Unfortunately the article failed to mention whether or not you can catch Po plying his trade in any of Taiwan's clubs, but the video below will give you a pretty good idea of what he is up to.
